Betit Affiliates: 2025 launch and status now

Betit launched in Denmark in August 2025 together with its own affiliate programme, Betit Affiliates. Fourteen months later the picture is different: on 14 October 2026, betit.dk showed only a technical-maintenance image, the affiliate site returned a server error, and betit.dk was not on the Danish Gambling Authority's (Spillemyndigheden) register of licensed operators. Affiliates should not promote Betit to Danish players. Below is our update, followed by the original August 2025 news in corrected form.

Archived copies of betit.dk from 28 October 2025 and 3 February 2026 show that a betting web app labelled "Betit DK" was online then. We have not found an announcement that Betit closed or that its licence arrangement ended, and we cannot tell from the register whether betit.dk was ever listed under SCGO Limited. What we can say is that betit.dk is not a licensed Danish gambling site today.

What this means for affiliates

Stop sending Danish traffic to Betit. Under section 59 of the Danish Gambling Act, advertising gambling that is not licensed in Denmark is an offence, and links to such sites can count as facilitating it.
Remove or pause tracking links on Danish-facing pages, including old reviews and bonus pages.
Chase unpaid commission in writing. With the affiliate site down, keep your own records of referred players and earnings.
Check the register before you replace it. Our list of affiliate programmes with Danish-licensed brands was checked against Spillemyndigheden's register on 14 October 2026.

The original news: Betit's Danish launch in August 2025

In August 2025 Betit launched betit.dk, a sportsbook and casino site aimed at Danish players, and opened Betit Affiliates at the same time so that partners could earn commission for referring players.

At launch, Betit said it operated under the Danish licence held by SCGO Limited, the Malta-based company that runs VBET in Denmark. Our original article presented this as fact. We have not been able to verify it from the register, and today SCGO Limited's entry lists Vbet.dk as its only domain. We have therefore removed the claim that Betit "shares a valid Danish licence" with VBET, together with the sign-up link that accompanied this article.

Is Betit licensed in Denmark?

Not as far as the register shows. On 14 October 2026 betit.dk was not listed in Spillemyndigheden's register, and SCGO Limited, the licensee Betit named at launch, listed only Vbet.dk.

Is Betit Affiliates still running?

We could not confirm it. On 14 October 2026 the affiliate site affiliates.betit.dk returned a server error and betit.dk showed only a maintenance page. If you have unpaid commission, contact the programme in writing.

Can I still promote Betit to Danish players?

No. Promoting gambling that is not licensed in Denmark is an offence under the Danish Gambling Act. Remove or pause Betit links aimed at Danish players.
