Danish iGaming Affiliate Programmes: Which Programmes Have Danish-Licensed Brands?

Which affiliate programmes let you promote brands licensed in Denmark? We checked ten programmes against the Spillemyndigheden register in October 2026 and summarise the Danish rules affiliates must follow, including the pending bill that would ban revenue share.

To earn from Danish traffic as a gambling affiliate, you need programmes whose brands hold a licence from Spillemyndigheden, the Danish Gambling Authority. Promoting anything else to Danish players is unlawful. We checked ten programmes against Spillemyndigheden's register on 14 October 2026; nine have brands with a valid Danish licence and are listed below. This page is business information for affiliates and webmasters. It does not rate the brands as places to play, and it contains no player offers.

Affiliate programmes with Danish-licensed brands

We included a programme only if its own website was live, the Danish brand appeared on it (or in a same-day check of its terms), and the licensee and domain appeared in Spillemyndigheden's register on 14 October 2026.

The list is not exhaustive. Several other Danish licensees run affiliate programmes that we could not verify on the day, so we left them out rather than guess. Betit Affiliates, which we covered in 2025, is no longer included: betit.dk is not on the Danish register today.

How to check a brand's Danish licence yourself

  1. Open Spillemyndigheden's list of licensed gambling operators ("Spiludbydere med tilladelse") and search for the brand or the company behind it.
  2. Check that the exact domain you will link to is listed under the licensee. The register lists approved domains per company, and a brand's international .com site is not automatically covered.
  3. Note whether the licence covers online casino, betting or both, and whether it extends to Greenland, which needs a separate permission.
  4. Repeat the check when you update a page. Licences end, and brands move between licensees.

Which Danish rules apply to affiliates?

Affiliates who target Denmark are bound by the Gambling Act and the Marketing Practices Act, not only by their operator contracts.

  • Only licensed operators. Under section 59 of the Gambling Act it is an offence to advertise gambling that is not licensed in Denmark, and links to illegal gambling sites can count as facilitating it.
  • Balanced marketing. Section 36 requires that chances of winning are presented correctly, that gambling is shown as entertainment, and that marketing is not aimed at under-18s. It must not suggest that gambling solves financial problems or brings social acceptance, or use well-known people to imply that gambling contributed to their success.
  • Visible advertising. The commercial purpose must be clear, so label affiliate content and offers as advertising ("Reklame" on Danish-language pages).
  • Bonus rules. Key terms must be shown when an offer is first presented. A bonus may be at most DKK 1,000, wagering at most 10 times deposit plus bonus, players must have at least 60 days to meet it, and the offer needs a worked example in kroner.
  • Self-exclusion. Danish players can exclude themselves from all licensed operators through ROFUS. Never promote ways around it.

What could change for Danish affiliates?

On 7 October 2026 the Danish government tabled bill L 37. According to trade reporting, it would stop operators paying affiliates on the basis of players' turnover, winnings or losses, which would rule out revenue share, and it also tightens gambling marketing more broadly. Reports differ on the timetable: the act is due to take effect from 1 January 2027, with marketing rules from 1 July 2027. The bill had not been passed on 14 October 2026. If you are negotiating a long-term revenue share deal for Danish traffic, ask the programme how it will handle a ban, and consider CPA or fixed-fee terms.

Among those we checked on 14 October 2026: ComeOn Connect, LeoVegas Affiliates, FDJ UNITED Affiliates, Betfair Affiliates, Entain Partners, bet365 Partners, Betsson Group Affiliates, PartnerRoom and 2RBO Affiliates. The list is not exhaustive.

No. Advertising gambling that is not licensed in Denmark is punishable under section 59 of the Danish Gambling Act, and links to unlicensed sites can count as facilitating illegal gambling.

How do I check whether a brand is licensed in Denmark?

Search Spillemyndigheden's list of licensed operators. Each licensee's entry lists the domains it may use, so check that the exact domain you link to is on it.

Will revenue share still be allowed in Denmark?

Currently yes, but bill L 37, tabled on 7 October 2026, would ban affiliate pay based on players' turnover, winnings or losses. It had not been passed on 14 October 2026.
