AffiliateComeOn Connect Terms (October 2025 Version): What Affiliates Must Know
ComeOn Connect's consolidated affiliate terms from October 2025 are still the version in force in October 2026. We go through the commission plans, the High Roller Policy, termination and forfeiture clauses, and the extra rules for Germany, Ontario, the Netherlands and Poland.
ComeOn Connect, the affiliate programme of ComeOn Group, published consolidated terms and conditions in October 2025. They are still the version in force: on 14 October 2026 the programme's terms page embedded the same 82-page PDF, dated 9 October 2025. The commission plans are standard, but several clauses shift risk to the affiliate: the High Roller Policy, wide rights for the operator to change or end your deal at short notice, forfeiture of unpaid commission when you are terminated for breach, and six-month limits for raising payment errors. This guide summarises the clauses that matter, with clause numbers so you can check them yourself.
Who is behind ComeOn Connect?
Under the general terms, your contract is with COE Services Limited, a Gibraltar company, which runs the programme for the ComeOn Group. ComeOn Group lists its address in St Julian's, Malta. The "Gambling Authorities" named in the terms are the Malta Gaming Authority, the Danish, Swedish and German regulators and Ontario's AGCO. Poland and the Netherlands have separate sets of terms in the same PDF; in Poland the contracting company is Cherry Online Polska.
The brands page lists ComeOn, GetLucky, Casinostuen, Snabbare, Hajper, Casinostugan, Lyllo Casino, Reviant, Mobilebet, PzBuk and others, each available in specific markets only. In Denmark, the register shows ComeOn, GetLucky and Casinostuen licensed to Syreni Limited. The approved jurisdictions under the general terms include Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Canada (Ontario and the rest of Canada); you may only promote a brand in a market where it is licensed and for which you are approved.
Commission plans
You choose revenue share, CPA or hybrid when you apply, and the company confirms it on approval (clause 9.2). The company can withdraw any payment option at any time by giving notice (9.6.1).
Revenue share
Unless you agree another deal, the default plan is tiered by monthly net winnings (clause 9.3.3):
| Monthly net casino winnings | Casino share | Monthly net sports winnings | Sports share |
|---|---|---|---|
| €0–10,000 | 25% | €0–10,000 | 20% |
| €10,001–20,000 | 30% | €10,001–20,000 | 25% |
| €20,001–30,000 | 35% | €20,001–30,000 | 30% |
| €30,001–50,000 | 40% | €30,001 and above | 35% |
| €50,001 and above | 45% | – | – |
"Net winnings" are stakes minus winnings paid out, less administrative fees, software provider payments, the cost of promotions and sign-up bonuses, jackpot contributions, chargebacks and reversed payments, bad debt and duties or taxes. Your effective share of gross gaming revenue is therefore lower than the headline percentage.
There is no general negative carryover: a negative month is not set off against later months (9.6.7). Amounts under €50 roll over until the total exceeds €50.
CPA and hybrid
CPA is a one-off payment per "New Active Customer", agreed individually (9.4). A player qualifies if, within one year of your referral, they make a deposit of the agreed size and then wager at least €1 of real money, not bonus funds. Hybrid combines the revenue share and the one-off payment (9.5).
Sub-affiliates
The commission page advertises 10% of the earnings of affiliates you refer. The terms let the company change that percentage for future sub-affiliates by notice, exclude sub-affiliates you or your immediate family own or control, and make you repay sub-affiliate commission if the sub-affiliate's own payment is clawed back (clause 11).
Payments
Payments are in euros, monthly in arrears, roughly between the 15th and the end of the month (9.6.8). The company aims to report the amount due by the fifth business day.
The High Roller Policy
This is the clause that sets ComeOn Connect apart (clause 10). A player becomes a "High Roller" if, in one calendar month, they generate at least €50,000 of negative commissionable revenue after tax, and your net commissionable revenue for that brand is negative in the same month.
- The player's loss is isolated: it does not reduce your commission from other players that month, and it can only be offset against that same player's future positive revenue.
- If the player's own revenue clears the deficit within six months, they return to your normal pool.
- If not, the player is excluded from the pool of customers you can earn from, indefinitely, whatever they go on to deposit or lose.
For affiliates with mainly recreational players this rarely matters. If your traffic includes high-stakes players, a single large win can remove one of your most valuable players from your earnings for good.
Changes, termination and forfeiture
| Clause | What it says | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 9.6.2 | Changes to your deal take effect 24 hours after you are notified; the company's decision is final | Your rates can change within a day |
| 9.6.3 | The company may reduce your deal or terminate immediately if, in its sole opinion, you reduce promotion efforts, you do not log in once in three consecutive months, the deal causes it a loss, your players are not "legitimately interested" or do not match its average customer value, or regulation requires it | Several triggers are subjective |
| 8.1 | An "Active Affiliate Account" needs at least six New Active Customers in every rolling three-month period and an active site with the latest banners | Missing it is itself a ground for change or termination |
| 17.2, 17.7 | Immediate termination for breach not remedied within five business days, insolvency, breach of advertising codes such as the CAP Code, and other listed grounds; any payment due at that time is forfeited | Unpaid commission is lost if you are terminated under 17.2 |
| 17.1, 17.6 | Either side can end the agreement with 20 business days' notice; no new payments accrue afterwards | No trailing revenue share after a normal exit (except the Netherlands, below) |
| 9.6.10 | Payment errors must be reported within six months of payment | After that, no retroactive correction is owed |
| 9.6.11 | A payment pending for six months because of wrong or missing payment details is cancelled | Keep payment details current |
| 16.4 | Claims against the company must be started within six months of when you knew or should have known of the breach | Short limitation period |
| 18 | Terms can be amended with at least 15 business days' notice, or less for regulatory changes; silence counts as acceptance | Read every amendment notice |
Marketing restrictions in the general terms
- No brand bidding. You may not bid on the group's brand names or misspellings in paid search, alone or combined with words such as "casino", "bonus" or "free spins", and you must add them as negative keywords (4.4–4.6). The list covers 888, Casinostuen, Casinostugan, ComeOn, Cherry Casino, Ding! Casino, Galaksino, GetLucky, Hajper, LylloCasino, Mobilebet, Mobilautomaten, Mobilespin, Nopeampi, PzBuk, SagaKingdom, Snabbare, Sunmaker, Suomikasino and MAKR.
- Copied content. If at least 15% of your content is copied from a ComeOn property site, you must remove it within five business days or your account and payments are suspended pending review (4.9).
- No spam and no unapproved SMS; email marketing needs opt-in and opt-out (4.7).
- No cookie stuffing, no edited creatives, and no tracking links on pages aimed at under-18s (4.1).
- No promotion of arbitrage, "sure betting" or casino systems; breaching this can mean termination and forfeiture (4.8).
- You and your immediate family may not be customers under your own account (4.10.1).
- Data protection. A data processing agreement is attached; among other things you must report a personal data breach within 24 hours and may not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA without approval.
Extra rules by market
Germany
Only CPA is available; revenue share and hybrid are excluded (6.2). You may only advertise operators licensed by the GGL, all advertising must be marked as such, and your site must prominently state that you are paid if a visitor registers. The 2021 State Treaty on Gambling applies.
Ontario
You need specific approval for Ontario and must be over 19 (5.1–5.2). You may only advertise AGCO-licensed operators, every ad needs a responsible gambling message and a 19+ symbol, and you may not advertise bonuses or other inducements.
Netherlands
The Dutch terms are a separate agreement under Ksa licences. Key differences:
- An age wall has been required since 1 July 2023: visitors must enter a date of birth, only those aged 24 or over may see advertising, and ads must be covered or heavily blurred behind it (NL 5.3).
- Ads must carry "Wat kost gokken jou? Stop op tijd. 18+", with 24+ in place of 18+ on bonus ads, plus a note that terms apply (NL 5.1.2).
- Monthly reports must show that your outreach avoided 18–24-year-olds with a 95% success rate. Failing this allows immediate termination and forfeiture of that month's payment (NL 5.4).
- Changes required by a Ksa directive must be made within 24 hours (NL 5.1.5).
- If you do not answer an amendment notice in time, you are treated as having rejected it and the agreement ends (NL 17.4), the reverse of the general terms.
- Revenue share continues for one year after termination, unless the agreement is ended for breach (NL 8.3.3.2 and 8.3.4).
Poland
The Polish terms add a mandatory notice on all marketing naming Cherry Online Polska's permit (PS4.6831.26.2017) and stating that gambling involves risk and illegal gambling is a criminal offence (PL 5.9). Advertising that uses the company's trademarks must be approved by email before publication, ads must state that you are paid for registrations, and you must supply a tax residence certificate every 12 months or payments may be reduced by Polish income tax (PL 5.4, 5.3, 5.10).
Is ComeOn Connect right for you?
The programme gives access to brands licensed in several regulated markets, including Denmark and Sweden, and its default revenue share and lack of general negative carryover are competitive. The trade-off is contractual risk. It suits affiliates with broad, recreational traffic, several programmes in their portfolio and a routine for compliance paperwork. Be careful if you depend on high-stakes players, rely on ComeOn Connect for most of your income, or work in the Netherlands, where the reporting duties are heavy. Whatever you decide, keep your own records of referred players and payments, read every amendment notice, and raise payment errors within six months.
See our ComeOn Connect programme page, our explainer on iGaming affiliate marketing, and other programmes with Danish-licensed brands.
Responsible gambling
Gambling is for over-18s (19+ in Ontario) and can cause harm. Gamble responsibly. Free support is available at BeGambleAware.org, and anyone who needs a break should use their national self-exclusion scheme, such as GamStop in the UK.
Frequently asked questions
Are the October 2025 ComeOn Connect terms still in force?
Yes, as far as we can see. On 14 October 2026 the ComeOn Connect terms page still embedded the consolidated PDF dated 9 October 2025, and we found no newer version.
What revenue share does ComeOn Connect pay?
Unless you agree otherwise, casino revenue share runs from 25% to 45% of monthly net casino winnings and sport from 20% to 35% of net sports winnings, in tiers. Net winnings are calculated after fees, bonus costs, jackpot contributions, chargebacks and taxes.
What is the ComeOn Connect High Roller Policy?
If one player generates at least €50,000 of negative revenue in a month in which your account for that brand is negative, the loss is isolated and can only be offset by that player's later revenue. If it is not cleared within six months, the player is excluded from your commission indefinitely.
Does ComeOn Connect have negative carryover?
Not in general. Negative months are not carried forward against later months. The exception is a player classified under the High Roller Policy.
Can I use revenue share for German traffic?
No. Under the terms, affiliates approved for Germany can only use CPA; revenue share and hybrid deals are not available there.
