2RBO Affiliates is the affiliate programme for the casino and sportsbook brands Betinia, CampoBet, ToonieBet and Lodur. It was previously marketed as Turbo Affiliates, and the terms and conditions on 2rbo.com still call it the Turbo affiliate program. The programme website describes a portfolio of four brands and five licences, built around gamification features such as city building and island conquest.
For international affiliates, the key point is geography. The brands hold licences from the Malta Gaming Authority, Spelinspektionen in Sweden and, according to the programme, the Danish Gambling Authority, with Irish and Canadian licences on top. The United Kingdom, however, is on the programme's list of prohibited territories, so UK-facing sites cannot use it. This review covers who stands behind the programme, which licences each brand holds, what the published terms say about commission and payments, and the marketing rules that apply.
Malta and Ireland. The footers of betinia.com and campobet.com both state that the sites are owned and operated by Maltix Limited under MGA licence MGA/B2C/486/2018, valid through 12 December 2028. For residents of the Republic of Ireland, sports betting is provided by Maltix Limited under the Office of the Revenue Commissioners' licence 1020269. That is the licence behind the IE label on 2rbo.com.
Sweden. Spelinspektionen’s licence register shows active online casino and betting licences for Betinia (Scandix Limited), CampoBet (Romix Limited) and Lodur (Northix Limited). In December 2025 Romix received a remark from Spelinspektionen for shortcomings in the information on its website; it was one of five licensees given a remark in that review.
Canada. ToonieBet is listed on iGaming Ontario’s list of regulated sites, and the tooniebet.ca footer names Canadix Limited as operator, regulated by iGaming Ontario and the AGCO. 2rbo.com labels ToonieBet CA, ROC, which we read as Ontario and the rest of Canada. Betinia also has an Ontario site, operated by Canadix Limited, but 2rbo.com does not list Ontario for Betinia, so ask whether Ontario traffic to Betinia is covered.
Denmark. 2rbo.com lists DGA licences for Betinia and CampoBet, and the terms contain a Denmark schedule. We did not verify the Danish licence holders in the Danish Gambling Authority's register.
Prohibited territories. The terms list jurisdictions from which customers do not count, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Malta, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Israel, Russia and Ukraine. Players from a market that the promoted site does not accept are also excluded. UK-facing affiliates should therefore look elsewhere.
Net revenue, on which revenue share is calculated, is customers' real-money bets minus winnings, bonuses, deductible costs (such as licence and payment fees and jackpot contributions), returned transactions and chargebacks, administrative fees, amounts linked to fraud, and gaming taxes and duties.
There is no negative carryover: if net revenue is negative in a calendar month, the revenue share commission for that month is set to zero. If the negative balance results from fraud or breach of the agreement, the company reserves the right to offset it against future payments.

Background and ownership
The terms do not name the company that runs the programme; it is described only as the company operating the affiliate program. The agreement is governed by Maltese law with the Maltese courts as forum, while the data protection schedule refers to Gibraltar's data protection law. Affiliates who need to know exactly whom they invoice should ask before signing. The brands are closely linked to Soft2Bet. In May 2023 iGaming Business reported that Soft2Bet operated three casino and sportsbook sites, Betinia, YoyoCasino and CampoBet, and the betinia.com footer still carries a Soft2Bet logo. When ReferOn announced its partnership with 2RBO Affiliates in October 2023, the programme covered seven brands: Betinia, YoYo Casino, CampoBet, Malina Casino, LightCasino, Cadabrus and Zulabet. Today 2rbo.com lists four, so the portfolio has narrowed considerably and Lodur and ToonieBet are the newer additions. All of the operating companies we could identify – Maltix, Canadix, Scandix, Romix and Northix – are registered at the same address, Quad Central in Birkirkara, Malta.Brands, licences and markets
The table compares the licences 2rbo.com attributes to each brand with what the brands' own websites and the regulators' lists show in October 2026. On 2rbo.com the brand logos are images, so the brand-to-licence mapping follows the order of the brand section.| Brand | Licences listed by 2rbo.com | Licence details we could verify |

| Betinia | MGA, DGA, SGA, IE | MGA: Maltix Limited, MGA/B2C/486/2018; Ireland: Revenue Commissioners licence 1020269; Sweden: Scandix Limited (to 30 November 2029); Ontario site operated by Canadix Limited |

| CPA | Amount, minimum deposit and minimum wagering set in a separate insertion order or negotiated plan | Terms |

Platform, tracking and payments
2RBO Affiliates runs on ReferOn. The partnership was announced in October 2023, and a partner testimonial on 2rbo.com still refers to the ReferOn platform. Payments are made in euro after each calendar month, against an invoice; the company settles an undisputed invoice within 20 days of receipt. If the total is below €100, it rolls over to the next month. You choose a payment method in the application form, but the public terms do not list the methods offered, and currency conversion charges are for your account. The terms prohibit bidding on keywords related to the brands, registering domains or social media accounts that include the brand names, and using brand names in meta tags. Either party can terminate the agreement with 24 hours' notice by email.Compliance and responsible marketing
The terms require you to follow all applicable laws and marketing rules in each market you target, and breaches of the Sweden and Denmark schedules count as breaches of the agreement. If you send email or SMS, you are responsible for removing self-excluded players from your lists.Compliance and responsible marketing by market
- Prohibited territories: do not market to players in the UK, the US, Malta or any other listed territory, and do not try to disguise a customer's location.
- Sweden: the Sweden schedule requires moderate marketing, no marketing to self-excluded players or players with closed accounts, a clear minimum age and contact details for a problem gambling support organisation, in line with the Swedish Gambling Act.
- Denmark: the Denmark schedule requires any advertised benefit or reward scheme to state all its conditions and limitations clearly.
- Ontario: the AGCO prohibits public advertising of inducements and bonuses and bars affiliates from also promoting sites that operate in Ontario without registration.
- Malta: the MGA's guidance on the Gaming Commercial Communications Regulations (S.L. 583.09) is also aimed at those providing marketing services to licensees.

Our assessment
Our assessment, based on the published terms, the brands' own licence statements and the regulators' lists, is that 2RBO Affiliates is a relevant option for affiliates working in Sweden, Ireland, Ontario and other markets that the MGA-licensed sites accept. The brands' gamification features give them a distinct profile, and the licence information can be traced to named companies and licence numbers. Transparency at programme level is weaker. The contracting company is not named, almost every term beyond the 35% default is negotiated, and the brand line-up has changed quickly since 2023. Ask for a written deal covering the commission rate, payment method and contracting entity before investing in content. For comparison, see our reviews of ComeOn Connect, which publishes a full commission scale, and LeoVegas Affiliates.Does 2RBO Affiliates accept UK traffic?
