ComeOn is an online casino and sportsbook run from Malta under a licence from the Malta Gaming Authority. The international site at comeon.com offers slots, table games, live casino and sports betting, with a low-entry welcome offer: deposit €10 and play with €60. This review sets out who runs ComeOn, what its two welcome offers actually say, how its bonus rules work and where the trade-offs are.

ComeOn in short
Operator: Diomedes Limited, Malta. Licence: Malta Gaming Authority, MGA/CRP/178/2009. Products: casino, live casino and sportsbook. Casino welcome: 500% up to €50 on a €10 deposit, 35x deposit plus bonus. Sports welcome: €10 free on sports with no deposit, 10x at odds of 1.80+. Availability depends on local law; markets with their own licensing have their own ComeOn sites.

Who runs ComeOn

According to section 1.1 of its terms and conditions (version 1.3, last updated 28 May 2026), www.comeon.com is operated by Diomedes Limited, a Maltese company with registration number C101888, based at Spinola Terraces in St Julian's. The licence is MGA/CRP/178/2009, issued on 3 June 2019. The Malta Gaming Authority's public register lists it as a B2C Gaming Service Licence with status "Licensed", covering Type 1 (casino) and Type 2 (fixed-odds betting, including live betting). The register is linked from the comeon.com footer, so you can check the status yourself.

An MGA licence is one of the stronger licences you will find on a site aimed at international players: the regulator sets rules on player funds, fair games and complaints. Some third-party reviews still mention a Curaçao licence for ComeOn, but comeon.com shows no such licence today, so treat those references as out of date. The terms are governed by Maltese law.

Casino games and providers

The casino lobby covers slots, RNG table games, video poker and instant-style games. The pages we reviewed do not give a total game count, so we will not quote one. The bonus terms do give a sense of the catalogue: they name well-known slots such as Blood Suckers, Book of 99, Monopoly Megaways and Twin Spin Deluxe, alongside blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, keno and scratch cards.

One detail matters if you play with a bonus. Around 70 named slots, including the four above, count 0% towards wagering, while other slots count 100%. Check a game's contribution before you spin bonus money on it.

Live casino

ComeOn has a live casino with Evolution content: there is even a separate 100% bonus up to €10 for Evolution live casino games, with 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus. The terms do not explain what triggers that bonus or whether it needs a separate deposit, so ask support before you count on it. The bonus rules name popular game shows such as Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Lightning Dice and Funky Time. Those shows count 100% towards wagering, while other live games count only 10%.

Sportsbook

Sports betting is a full part of the product, not an add-on. The licence explicitly covers fixed-odds and live betting, and the sports side has its own welcome offer with its own odds rules. Free bets cannot be exchanged for cash or for other bonuses, and wagering progress can be reversed if a bonus-funded bet is cashed out, cancelled or voided, so keep that in mind if you like to use cash-out.

Welcome offers

New players get a casino deposit bonus and a no-deposit sports offer. No bonus code is needed for either, and both are one-time offers for new customers.

Casino welcome bonus: 500% up to €50

  • Deposit €10, play with €60: a 500% match up to €50 on your first qualifying deposit.
  • Wagering: 35x the deposit plus the bonus, in Casino or Live Casino.
  • Time limit: 30 days from the day the bonus is credited.
  • Qualifying deposits: Collexo, credit or debit card and Jeton only. Crypto deposits are excluded from all welcome offers.

On a €10 deposit you would need to wager €2,100 (35 x €60) before the bonus can be withdrawn. Contributions vary: most slots count 100%, RNG table games and video poker 10%, and keno, scratch, crash and arcade games 0%. Full breakdown: ComeOn casino welcome bonus.

Sports welcome offer: €10 free, no deposit

  • €10 free on sports with no deposit required.
  • Wagering: 10x on sports, at minimum odds of 1.80.
  • Alternative: the 500% bonus can be wagered on sports instead, at 8x deposit plus bonus with minimum odds of 2.00.

The headline reads "€10 free on sports +" the deposit offer, which suggests you can have both, but the terms also say the welcome offer cannot be combined with other offers. We could not settle that from the terms, so check the terms when you sign up. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses are capped at €100 under the general terms; the offer text itself does not repeat that cap. Full breakdown: ComeOn sports welcome bonus.

Bonus rules worth knowing

ComeOn's general terms add several rules that apply to every bonus:

  • Bonus money cannot be withdrawn until its wagering is complete, and an expired bonus can be removed.
  • The bonus and the deposit that triggered it can only be used on the products named for that bonus.
  • Cancelling a bonus also cancels any winnings made with it.
  • Only one participation per device, household or IP address.
  • Wagering progress only builds on one device; switching device resets it.
  • Every deposit must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw.

The device rule is unusual and easy to miss. If you start a bonus on your phone, finish it on your phone.

Payments and withdrawals

The welcome offer terms name three qualifying deposit methods: Collexo, credit or debit cards and Jeton. Crypto deposits do not qualify for any welcome offer. The minimum withdrawal is €20. You get two free withdrawals every 30 days; from the third withdrawal in that period, a €5 fee applies. Plan your cashouts so you do not pay that fee unnecessarily. The pages we reviewed do not state withdrawal processing times or maximum limits.

Support and mobile

The pages we reviewed do not set out support hours, contact channels or a native app, so check the help section and the app stores in your country before you sign up. One rule in the terms affects mobile play directly: because bonus wagering only counts on one device, pick the device you will play on before you claim a bonus.

Restricted countries

ComeOn's terms do not publish a list of restricted countries. Section 7 says it is the player's responsibility to make sure online gambling is legal where they live, and that registering confirms residence in the country chosen. Third-party lists exist but contradict each other, so we do not repeat them. Players in a country with its own licensing system should use a site licensed there: Denmark, Sweden and several other markets have their own locally licensed ComeOn sites, which are separate from comeon.com.

Before you deposit
Check that online gambling is legal where you live, deposit with Collexo, card or Jeton if you want the welcome bonus, and keep bonus play on one device so your wagering progress is not reset.

Responsible gambling

Set a deposit limit before your first deposit, keep sessions short and treat any bonus as entertainment, not income. ComeOn's footer points to Gambling Therapy, Gamblers Anonymous and BetBlocker. If gambling stops being fun, use the account's limit and exclusion tools and contact a support service in your country.

Our verdict

ComeOn is a casino and sportsbook with a Malta Gaming Authority licence, which gives stronger player protection than many sites aimed at international players. The entry to the welcome offer is unusually low: €10 gets you €60 to play with, and sports bettors can start with €10 free and no deposit at all.

The trade-offs are 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, a long list of slots that do not count towards it, a device rule that resets progress, a €5 fee from the third withdrawal each month and no published list of restricted countries. Play only if ComeOn is legal where you live, and set your limits first.
