Razor Nudge
Razor Nudge is a compact, well-focused addition to the Razor Shark series. The 3x3 base game is simple, but Mystery Symbols, the Treasure Chest and four fixed jackpots keep it busy, and the bonus round, where Golden Shark stacks nudge down towards a collector reel, is easy to follow and fun to watch. Low volatility and a 96.39% default RTP make it one of the gentler Push Gaming releases this year.

Razor Nudge slot review
The Razor Shark series has been one of Push Gaming's best-known franchises for years, and the latest entry takes it somewhere new: a tiny 3x3 grid. Razor Nudge was released in September 2026 under the Push Actions label, and it trades the big reel sets of earlier games for a compact layout with five paylines and a bonus round built around nudging stacks of Golden Sharks.
It is the newest of Push Gaming's recent releases and also one of the calmest. Push rates the volatility Low, and the default RTP of 96.39% is the highest of the five games in this batch.
Under the sea, with armour
The setting is the ocean floor: corals, drifting sea mines and reels held in a heavy metal frame. The sharks have been given an upgrade in the form of armour and spikes, and a large shark guards a treasure chest above the reels. It keeps the dark, slightly menacing feel the series is known for, scaled down to fit a smaller grid.
The chest is not just decoration. It reacts to Scatters and plays a part in triggering the bonus, which we explain below.
How Razor Nudge plays
The base game uses three reels and three rows with five paylines paying left to right. Wilds substitute for the paying symbols, and Scatters trigger the bonus. On a grid this small, every symbol matters, and the base game relies on its special symbols to keep things moving between bonus rounds.
Bets run from 0.10 to 100 EUR per spin.

Base game features
Mystery Symbols
Mystery Symbols, shown as seaweed, can land in the base game. When they reveal, they turn into a matching paying symbol, or they reveal an instant prize, a jackpot or Scatters. That makes them one of the most useful symbols on the grid: they can complete a line win, pay directly, or push you towards the bonus.
The Treasure Chest
The chest above the reels reacts when Scatters land. It can burst and drop enough Scatters onto the grid to trigger the bonus. According to one slot database, the build-up animation is visual only and does not change the odds, so treat it as a presentation feature rather than a meter you can read.
Four fixed jackpots
Four jackpots are available in both the base game and the bonus: Mini at 15x, Minor at 25x, Major at 100x and Mega at 500x the total bet. On a low-volatility 3x3 slot, those fixed amounts are a meaningful part of the upside.
The Razor Nudge Feature
Triggering it
The bonus triggers with three Scatters or through the Treasure Chest. Once it starts, the grid expands to three reels by four rows and the regular paying symbols are removed.
Sharks, nudges and the collector reel
Reels 1 and 3 start the round full of stacked Golden Sharks. The middle reel holds Collectors and other special symbols. On each spin, the shark stacks nudge down one position, revealing what they were hiding: cash prizes from 0.2x to 200x the bet, jackpots, or Nudge symbols. When a Collector lands on the middle reel, it collects the prizes that have been revealed. The round ends when no sharks are left on the reels.
This structure makes the bonus easy to follow. You can see exactly how many sharks remain, so you always know roughly how long the round has left. It also means the round has a natural rhythm: early spins reveal prizes from full stacks, and the tension grows as the stacks shrink and you wait for the middle reel to deliver a Collector before the sharks run out. Because the jackpots can hide behind the sharks too, even a short round can end with a fixed prize on top of the collected cash.
Extenders
Two symbols can lengthen the round. A Nudge symbol moves the shark stacks back up by one position, which buys one more spin. A refill symbol on the middle reel refills reels 1 and 3 with Golden Sharks, which can extend the round considerably. These are the moments that turn an ordinary bonus into a strong one.
Volatility, max win and who it suits
Push Gaming rates Razor Nudge Low, and the design reflects that. Mystery Symbols, instant prizes and fixed jackpots spread the value across many small events rather than concentrating it in rare big hits. Expect frequent smaller wins rather than long gaps followed by a large payout.
Push Gaming publishes no maximum or highest observed win for this game. Slot databases report 4,097x the bet, which is a useful guide but not an official figure. No bonus buy is listed.
Razor Nudge suits players who like simple grids, short sessions and a bonus that is easy to read, and fans of the Razor Shark series who want a lighter version of it. Players chasing the high-volatility thrills of the original games may find it too mild. A free demo is available from Push Gaming and at many casinos.

Our verdict on Razor Nudge
Razor Nudge shows that a small grid does not have to mean a thin game. The base game has enough going on with Mystery Symbols, the Treasure Chest and four jackpots, and the bonus round is one of the clearest Push Gaming has produced: you can see the sharks, count the nudges and watch the Collector work.
It will not deliver the extremes of the original Razor Shark, and that is the point. With Low volatility and a 96.39% default RTP, it is a lighter, more accessible branch of the series. Play responsibly and set limits on both time and money.
