Roymin Invest Launched Betit.dk in 2025: Status in October 2026

In July 2025 we reported that Roymin Invest Ltd had launched Betit.dk, a Danish sportsbook and casino operating under SCGO Limited's Danish licence. On 14 October 2026, betit.dk showed only a maintenance page and was not listed in Spillemyndigheden's register. Here is what was announced and what we found.

Betit.dk is not a licensed Danish gambling site today. When we checked on 14 October 2026, betit.dk showed only an "Under maintenance" page, and Spillemyndigheden's register of licence holders did not list the domain. SCGO Limited, whose Danish licence Betit said it used when it launched in 2025, now lists only Vbet.dk. Below is our update, followed by a corrected summary of the original July 2025 launch news.

We have not found any announcement that Betit has closed or that its licence arrangement with SCGO Limited has ended. The register shows only the current position, so we cannot say whether, or for how long, betit.dk was listed under SCGO Limited in 2025. What the register shows today is clear: betit.dk is not a domain covered by a Danish licence.

In Denmark, only operators listed in Spillemyndigheden's register may offer online casino and betting to Danish players. Our guide to online gambling in Denmark explains how to check a site.

What was announced in 2025

On 22 July 2025 we reported that Roymin Invest Ltd, a Malta-registered company, had launched Betit.dk as a sportsbook and casino aimed at Danish players. According to the launch information we had at the time:

  • Betit.dk was owned by Roymin Invest Ltd and operated under the Danish licence held by SCGO Limited, the Malta-based company behind VBET in Denmark.
  • The site focused on sports and esports betting, including smaller Danish football leagues such as Danmarksserien and esports titles such as Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends, Dota 2 and Valorant.
  • It offered customer service in Danish and payment methods used in Denmark, such as Dankort and MobilePay.
  • A separate affiliate programme, Betit Affiliates, was launched in August 2025. Read our update on Betit Affiliates.

The original article presented the licence arrangement as fact. We have not been able to confirm it from the register, so we report it here as Betit's own launch claim.

What we removed from the original article

The 2025 version contained statements that we cannot stand behind today, and we have taken them out:

  • Welcome offers in Danish kroner. They are no longer available, and this site does not publish offers for operators that are not licensed in the market.
  • Claims that the site was "guaranteeing a safe, fair, and trustworthy environment" and that "players appreciate the user-friendly interface". We had no evidence for either.
  • Statements that "industry analysts" welcomed the launch, and that only "one to three new operators typically" enter the Danish market each year. We could not find a source for either.
  • Plans for "AI-driven odds and personalized betting tips", which we could not verify.

SCGO Limited in the Danish register

SCGO Limited is registered at Portomaso, St. Julian's, Malta. On 14 October 2026 Spillemyndigheden's register listed it with licences for online casino and betting, permission to offer games in Greenland, and one domain: Vbet.dk.
