200% First-Deposit Bonus up to $2,000 + 3.5% Rakeback

Stake does not run a standard welcome bonus that every new player gets. Its Welcome Offer is unlocked with a referral code entered within 24 hours of creating your account, and what it contains depends on that code. Stake's own help centre confirms the part every code shares: 3.5% rakeback from day one, a level normally reached at Bronze VIP. Most international review sites also list a 200% match on the first deposit, and the cap they quote most often is $2,000.

What you get

• 200% first-deposit match - commonly listed up to $2,000. Other listings quote caps from $1,000 upwards, because the cap is set per referral code.
• 3.5% rakeback from your first bet, credited as Stake's rakeback reward.
• One offer per account. The same welcome offer can be used on the casino or the sportsbook.

How to claim it

1. Create a Stake account through our link.
2. Make sure the referral code is applied within 24 hours of signing up - Stake will not add it later.
3. Make your first deposit and activate the bonus shown in your account before you play.

The terms that matter

The wagering requirement most review sites list is 40x on deposit plus bonus. Stake states that the multiplier varies with the referral and that games are weighted by their house edge, so check the exact requirement in your account before you deposit. While a bonus is active, Stake blocks a long list of games - including its own Stake Originals, Stake Poker and several table and slot providers - from counting. Unclaimed bonuses expire, and Stake can void bonuses for abuse or multiple accounts.

Who it suits

The rakeback is the part every player gets and it pays back steadily on every bet. The deposit match suits players who plan to play enough to clear a large wagering requirement; if you prefer to withdraw freely, you can play without it.
