Welcome to Miami

Welcome to Miami is a slot from Twist Gaming, released on 26 August 2026. It is an action game with a gangster-versus-police theme, and it throws out the usual rules: there are no paylines and no ways. Weapons do the paying.

How Welcome to Miami plays

The game has 5 reels and 4 rows, with a separate weapon reel underneath. Enemies on the board each carry a bounty, from 0.01x for the smallest figure to 5x, 10x, 15x and 20x for the gang members, 30x for a helicopter and 50x for a tank. When a weapon lands, it fires at the board, and every enemy it destroys pays its bounty. RTP is 96.7%, volatility is high and the maximum win is 20,000 times the bet.

Features in Welcome to Miami

Five weapons

• Pistol: up to 3 shots at random symbols.
• Rifle: up to 5 shots.
• Sniper: up to 4 high-damage shots that target special symbols first.
• Detonator: sets off every bomb, clearing its full row and column.
• RPG: destroys everything on screen, and is the only weapon that can take down the Max symbol.

Special symbols

Multiplier symbols from 2x to 100x apply to the win when they are destroyed. Ammo instantly re-spins the weapon reel, and taking down the Max symbol with the RPG pays the 20,000x top prize.

Free spins with health

3, 4 or 5 bonus cars trigger free spins with 5, 7 or 10 bars of health. There is no fixed number of spins: after each spin, every surviving enemy shoots back and removes a bar of health, and the round ends when your health runs out.

Wanted Stars

Destroying enemies earns Wanted Stars from 1 to 5. Each level changes the game: empty slots leave the weapon reel at 2 stars, pistols go at 3, rifles go and helicopters arrive at 4, and at 5 stars RPGs appear more often and tanks roll in.

Bonus buy

Where available, there are five options: Trigger Boost (3x per spin), RPG Boost (100x per spin), Max Win Boost (1,000x), Miami Bonus (300x, straight into free spins) and Super Miami Bonus (600x, free spins starting at two Wanted Stars).

Who is Welcome to Miami for?

Welcome to Miami is for players who want something genuinely different from line and cluster slots, and who are comfortable with high volatility. For a calmer game from the same studio, see Realm of Rats.

Our verdict on Welcome to Miami

Welcome to Miami is one of the most original slots of 2026. The weapon mechanic, the Wanted Stars and the health-based free spins give it a real sense of progression, and the 20,000x max win is there for the patient.

It is also a high-volatility game with expensive buy options. Set a budget, and do not chase the Max symbol.
