Wallaby Wilds
Wallaby Wilds is the most traditional game in the Twist catalogue: five reels, three rows, 20 lines and a boxing kangaroo wild. The free spins, with sticky wilds and a counter that resets, are easy to enjoy, and the super version adds a multiplier up to 15x. It is solid and fairly priced at 97.00% RTP, but the 5,000x cap and short bonus make it a lighter option.

Wallaby Wilds review
Before the big pay-anywhere grids and collect mechanics, Twist Gaming made Wallaby Wilds. It carries the lowest game number in the studio's maths catalogue, which marks it as one of the earliest Twist titles, and it plays like it: a straightforward 5x3 line slot in which the wild does the heavy lifting.
SlotCatalog dates it to 28 June 2025; Stake gives no date. Age has not hurt it much. Juice's own games page listed $8.42M wagered across 3.9M bets over the 30 days to mid-October 2026, close behind the much newer Lab Leak.
Out in the Outback
The setting is the Australian Outback, with a sun-baked golden wasteland framing the reels. The low symbols are royals from 10 to A. The high symbols are the local wildlife: emu, crocodile, bird, koala and kangaroo. The star is a boxing kangaroo, gloves up, which acts as the wild.
It is a cheerful, uncomplicated look that matches the game underneath it. Nothing on screen needs explaining.
How Wallaby Wilds plays
There is nothing hidden here. The grid is 5 reels by 3 rows, there are 20 fixed paylines, and a win needs 3 or more matching symbols starting from the leftmost reel. The wild substitutes for every symbol except the scatter.
At a 1.00 bet, 10 and J pay 0.20, 0.60 and 1.40 for 3, 4 and 5 of a kind, while the ace pays up to 5.00. Emu and crocodile pay 1.2, 4 and 10; bird and koala 1.4, 5 and 15; and the kangaroo 2, 10 and 25. The published maths put the base-game hit rate at about 26%, noticeably higher than the studio's scatter-pays games, so wins arrive more often even if most are small.

Wallaby Wilds features
Boxing kangaroo wild
The wild substitutes for every paying symbol, so it can complete or extend wins on any of the 20 lines. In the base game it is a helper. In free spins it becomes the whole point.
Free spins with sticky wilds
Scatters land only on reels 1, 3 and 5, and 3 of them award 3 free spins. During the round every wild is sticky and stays in place. A spin that lands at least one new sticky wild resets the counter to 3, so the round runs for as long as new wilds keep arriving and each one adds to the board for the rest of the feature.
Stake's description of the reset is loosely worded, so read the in-game rules for the exact behaviour. Fill the entire screen with wilds and you collect the 5,000x max win.
Super free spins and the global multiplier
The global multiplier appears only in the super free spins. It starts at 1x and rises by 1x with each additional wild, up to a cap of 15x. Combined with sticky wilds that stay put, that is where the strongest results come from.
Bonus buy
Stake lists three options and the published maths match each price. Availability depends on the casino and your jurisdiction.
- Ante (2x chance): 1.25x the bet, doubling the chance of free spins.
- Super Spin: 25x, adding more wilds to the next base spin.
- Bonus buy: 100x for free spins.
The 1.25x ante is the cheapest way to tilt the odds towards the feature, but it still raises the cost of every spin by a quarter, so decide up front whether the extra chance is worth it for your budget. The maths catalogue also includes a 200x mode, which is probably the super free spins buy, but Stake does not state its price.
Volatility and who it suits
Stake rates the game as high volatility, which can seem surprising given the higher hit rate. The explanation is the shape of the payouts: base wins are frequent but small, and the meaningful money depends on sticky wilds piling up in free spins. It suits players who prefer classic line slots and a feature they can read at a glance.
The 5,000x ceiling is the lowest in the Twist line-up, and the published maths put the max-win event at about 1 in 500,000 base spins. Expectations should be set accordingly.

Our verdict on Wallaby Wilds
Wallaby Wilds is a pleasant reminder of where Twist Gaming started. The boxing kangaroo is a fun wild, the sticky-wild free spins with a resetting counter are easy to follow, and the 97.00% RTP is generous for a line slot.
It is also the least ambitious game in the catalogue, with a 5,000x cap and a short starting bonus. Play responsibly and set a budget, especially as high volatility can mean long gaps between free spins.
