Review of V.Vegas

V.Vegas is the new name of Vulkan Vegas, an online casino and sportsbook run by Whitebox B.V. in Curaçao. According to the site's own FAQ, the rebrand changed the name and little else: the platform, licence, ownership, game library and player accounts stayed the same. The footer still reads "© 2026 vulkanvegas", which shows how recent the switch is. This review sets out what V.Vegas offers, what its bonus terms actually say and where the trade-offs are.

Who runs V.Vegas

According to section 2.1 of its terms and conditions, V.Vegas is operated by Whitebox B.V., Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao, company registration number 155412. The licence named in the terms is issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under number OGL/2024/822/0338. Payments are processed by a separate payment agent, Whitebox CY Limited in Limassol, Cyprus (registration HE 419583).

If you read older reviews of Vulkan Vegas, you may see a different operator: Brivio Limited and Invicta Networks N.V., with a Curaçao licence numbered 8048/JAZ. That is the structure from before 2024, and it is out of date. The site itself does not state a launch year.

Whitebox B.V. also runs ICE Casino under the same licence, so the two brands share their terms, cashier rules and withdrawal limits. Both are part of the V.Partners affiliate programme, which also covers Verde Casino and Slotoro.

Casino games and providers

The casino lobby covers slots and table games. The pages we reviewed do not give a total game count, so we will not quote one. The welcome offer itself gives a fair picture of the studios on board: its free spins land on Joker Stoker from Endorphina, Big Bass Splash from Pragmatic and Coin Win: Hold The Spin from Gamzix. That mix of a large established supplier and smaller specialist studios is typical of the platform.

The "Sports Betting Starter" carries x20 wagering on the cash bonus. Qualifying bets are singles at odds of 1.90 or higher, or accumulators of two or more legs with each leg at 1.40 or higher. The maximum bet is €50 and each step is valid for 5 days. The maximum cashout is 3x, but the page words it two ways: the tiles say 3x the bonus amount, the terms say 3x the deposit amount. Payments and withdrawals

V.Vegas lists a wide range of payment methods, although availability varies by country:

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
• E-wallets: Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Jeton.
• Crypto: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT (ERC20 and TRC20), DOGE, TRX and BNB.

Safety, licence and restricted countries

A Curaçao licence is not the same as a licence from the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority: player protection and dispute handling are lighter. The licence number above comes from V.Vegas's own terms. Public complaint forums show a familiar pattern for this group of brands, with account restrictions after KYC and delayed or disputed withdrawals; some cases were resolved and some were not.

V.Vegas restricts a long list of countries in section 4.4 of its terms, including the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain. V.Vegas is not licensed in Denmark or Sweden - players there should use locally licensed sites.

Our verdict

The trade-offs are clear. The licence is from Curaçao, the bonus windows are short at 5 days, large withdrawals can take up to 30 working days, and some of the bonus wording is inconsistent. Play only if it is legal where you live, and set your limits first.
