Our verdict
V.Partners publishes detailed terms and pays weekly according to its FAQ, but its brands are licensed only in Curaçao, a 5% admin fee applies to deposits and its published rates conflict, so this page is informative only.
V.Partners is the affiliate programme behind a group of online casinos and sportsbooks best known for the Vulkan Vegas brand, now renamed V.Vegas. The programme says it has been running since 2016, celebrated its tenth anniversary in July 2026 and works with more than 3,500 partners across 35+ markets. It is active and accepting new affiliates in October 2026.
Informative page only. igamingexplorer.com only promotes affiliate programmes whose brands hold a licence from the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, Gibraltar or the Isle of Man. According to V.Partners itself, its brands are licensed in Curaçao, so this page describes the programme and its terms without recommending it.
Background and ownership
The affiliate agreement is with V.Partners Limited, a company the terms describe as registered in Hong Kong under number 68960913, with an address at the Wing On Centre on Connaught Road Central. The agreement is written in English and Russian, with English prevailing.
The casinos themselves are run by other companies. The brand sites name several entities: Ice Casino is operated by WhiteBox B.V. in Curaçao, FieryPlay names Nixxe B.V., and Hit’n’Spin states that its services are provided by Brivio Limited in Limassol, Cyprus. V.Partners does not publish a group structure linking these companies, and we have not found one in a public register.
The main recent change is a rebrand. On 30 April 2026 the programme announced new names for its three oldest brands: VulkanVegas became V.Vegas, VulkanSpiele became FieryPlay Casino and VulkanBet became FS Casino, with new logos and bonus mechanics. Slotoro was announced as a new brand in November 2025 and was nominated for Best New Casino at the AskGamblers Awards 2026. In July 2026 it announced uncapped Tier-1 and Tier-2 traffic.
Brands, markets and licences
The programme’s FAQ states simply that “our brands are licensed in Curacao”. We checked what the brand sites and the Curaçao regulator publish:
| Brand | Formerly | Operator named on site | Licence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ice Casino | – | WhiteBox B.V. (Curaçao) | Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/822/0338 (active) |
| V.Vegas | VulkanVegas | Not verified | Curaçao, according to the programme |
| FieryPlay | VulkanSpiele | Nixxe B.V. | Curaçao, according to the brand site |
| FS Casino | VulkanBet | Not verified | Curaçao, according to the programme |
| Hit’n’Spin | – | Brivio Limited (Cyprus), service provider | Curaçao, according to the programme |
| Verde Casino | – | Not verified | Curaçao, according to the programme |
| Slotoro | – | Not verified | Curaçao, according to the programme |
The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for icecasino.com shows WhiteBox B.V., company number 155412, holding licence OGL/2024/822/0338, granted on 14 April 2025 with the status “Active” on 15 October 2026. We found no MGA, UKGC, Gibraltar or Isle of Man licence for any of the seven brands.
On markets, each brand page lists its own restricted countries. Every brand excludes Great Britain, the USA, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Czechia, Turkey, Malta, Australia and Cyprus, among others. The lists then diverge: Sweden and Germany are restricted only for FieryPlay and FS Casino, Italy is restricted for every brand except Verde Casino, and Romania only for Verde Casino. The sign-up form names DACH, the Nordics, Poland, Italy, the Balkans, the Baltic states and Canada as target markets. Because the lists differ by brand, check the restricted countries for each brand before you send traffic.
Commission models
V.Partners publishes more figures than most programmes, but they do not all agree. The homepage, the FAQ and the terms each give a slightly different picture:
| Model | Homepage | FAQ | Terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue share | Up to 50% | 25%–55%; 25% for 0–10, 35% for 11–40, 45% for 40+ FTDs a month | Static rate, or dynamic: 25% for 0–9, 35% for 10–39, 45% for more than 40 referred customers a month |
| CPA | Up to €350 | Up to EUR 300, by traffic quality and market | Agreed amount per qualified customer, by traffic source and market |
| Hybrid | €250 + up to 40% | Not described | CPA plus revenue share; negative revenue share is not offset against CPA |
| Other | – | – | Cost per lead and flat fee |
In practice the rate you get is agreed with your manager and recorded in writing; the terms say rates are discussed “via the chosen communication channel”. Get the agreed figures in writing, including which tier boundaries apply.
Terms worth reading closely:
- Admin fee: under revenue share, V.Partners deducts a 5% fee from each deposit your referred players make, on top of the deductions in the net revenue definition (bonuses, royalties to site owners, cashbacks, discounts and taxes).
- Negative carryover: the “no negative carryover” clause applies only if agreed in advance with V.Partners; otherwise it does not apply. Separately, a player who generates negative commission of at least €10,000 in a month, in a month where your casino total is also negative, is treated as a high roller and that player’s negative balance is carried forward.
- Fraud decisions: conversions can be cut or voided under the operator’s anti-fraud rules, with no obligation to show you the evidence. Players from markets not agreed with you are paid at V.Partners’ discretion.
- Late claims: commission claimed more than six months after it arose may be paid up to six months after your claim, and commission that cannot be paid for 12 months may be kept.
Referral programme
V.Partners runs a ten-level referral scheme for affiliates who recruit other affiliates. The referring affiliate earns 5% of the daily commission of affiliates it refers directly, then 4%, 3%, 2%, 1%, 0.50%, 0.25%, 0.13%, 0.06% and 0.03% down to the tenth level. Affiliate networks may not take part.
Platform, tracking and payments
The programme uses its own platform, with a toolbox of banners and direct links, sub-ID and click-ID parameters on tracking links, two-factor sign-in and a Telegram bot for stats and payouts. New applications are reviewed, and the programme says it replies within 48 hours.
| Term | FAQ | Terms |
|---|---|---|
| Payment frequency | Weekly: payout tickets every Tuesday, credited within 1–5 days | Invoice within 30 days of the settlement period, payment within 30 days of the invoice |
| Minimum payout | EUR 100.00 | EUR 500.00 by wire; over EUR 100.00 by an agreed alternative method |
| Methods | Wire (EUR), Neteller, Skrill, Capitalist, Bitcoin, Tether ERC20 | Payment charges are borne by the affiliate |
Either side can end the agreement with 10 calendar days’ written notice, or with 7 days’ notice for an unremedied material breach. Changes to the terms are published with 10 days’ notice. The agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes settled by LCIA arbitration in London.
Compliance and responsible marketing
Great Britain: under section 330 of the Gambling Act 2005 it is an offence to advertise unlawful gambling. Content aimed at British consumers should not promote these brands.
Germany: Germany is not on the restricted list for most V.Partners brands, but German law requires a German licence. In December 2022 a court in Cologne ordered Brivio to repay €14,000 that a player had lost on the German-language Vulcanvegas sportsbook, finding that Brivio held no German licence, according to Casino.org.
Your obligations: the terms require you to hold every registration, permit and licence needed for your own activity. Responsibility for whether your traffic is lawful in the player’s country sits with you.

Our assessment
V.Partners is an established, active programme that publishes more of its commercial terms than many competitors, including revenue share tiers, payment methods and a full agreement. For publishers in markets the brands accept, the range of deal types and the weekly payout schedule in the FAQ are practical advantages.
The weaknesses are significant. The published figures conflict, the 5% admin fee on deposits reduces revenue share before any other deduction, and protection against negative carryover depends on a separate agreement. Above all, the brands are licensed in Curaçao and several remain open to markets, such as Germany, where a local licence is required. That is why igamingexplorer.com does not recommend the programme.
If you want programmes whose brands hold MGA or UKGC licences, compare LeoVegas Affiliates or ComeOn Connect, or browse our affiliate programme directory.
