Who runs Excel Affiliates

Excel Affiliates is an affiliate programme for a portfolio of online casino brands. The brands whose licence details were verified are all operated by ProgressPlay Limited, a company registered in Malta (C58305) with offices in St. Julian's. The programme website is credited to the affiliate software provider Mediacle, and partners log in to a separate portal at affiliates.excelaffiliates.com. The programme does not name a separate legal entity on its homepage or terms.

Brands and licensing

The Excel Affiliates homepage shows SpinzWin, Fruity King, Monster Casino, Conquer Casino, Online Casino London, Great Britain Casino, Vegas Wins, Betrino, AlfoBet and Justin Casino. The licence details below were read from the footers of the brand sites themselves.

The MGA licence was issued on 16 April 2013. Licences for the remaining brands on the homepage were not checked and should be verified on each site before promotion.

Commission structure

  • Models: revenue share, CPA and hybrid commission structures.
  • Headline rate: the homepage advertises a 50% revenue share. It does not publish a tier table or the conditions behind that figure.
  • Negative carryover: the programme advertises no negative carryover.
  • Net Gaming Revenue: the terms list deductions including processing fees, royalties, ID checking fees, admin costs and operating costs.
  • Sub-affiliates: not mentioned in the published terms.

Platform, payments and tools

Commission is paid by the 25th of each month for the previous month. Minimum payouts depend on the method:

MethodMinimum
Neteller£20
UK same-day bank transfer£200
PayPal£200
Electronic transfer£500

Balances below the threshold roll over to the next month. Several sites can be registered to one account. The terms state that the merchant is responsible for paying members. Support is available by email, Microsoft Teams and Telegram.

Who it suits and what to consider

The brands checked hold both MGA and UKGC licences, which makes the programme relevant for UK-facing casino publishers. No negative carryover limits the downside of a month with large player wins. On the other hand, the 50% headline is not explained, NGR is calculated after a long list of deductions, and the brands share one operator and platform, so they are similar products. Ask for the exact deal in writing before sending traffic.
