Who runs OhMyPartners
OhMyPartners is the affiliate programme for a small group of online casinos. According to the programme site, it is operated by OhMyPartners Limited, which is registered in Hong Kong under company number 77308510. The site promotes five casino brands and offers affiliates a tiered revenue share plan based on the net profit from referred players.
Brands and licensing
Four of the five brands are run by the same Maltese operator, and the fifth holds a Curaçao licence. The details below come from each casino's own footer:
| Brand | Operator | Licence |
|---|---|---|
| bCasino | Green Feather Online Limited | Malta Gaming Authority, MGA/B2C/445/2017 |
| Boo Casino | Green Feather Online Limited | Malta Gaming Authority, MGA/B2C/445/2017 |
| Galactic Wins | Green Feather Online Limited | Malta Gaming Authority, MGA/B2C/445/2017 |
| Mr Fortune | Green Feather Online Limited | Malta Gaming Authority, MGA/B2C/445/2017 |
| Imperial Wins | ABC Interactive N.V. | Government of Curaçao, OGL/2024/284/0863 |
Green Feather Online Limited is registered in Malta under company number C80735. The footers state that its MGA licence was issued on 16 January 2019. Imperial Wins holds only a Curaçao licence, which gives players a different level of protection and complaint routes from an MGA licence. Affiliates working in regulated markets should check which brands they can legally promote there.
Commission structure
OhMyPartners publishes a single revenue share plan. New affiliates start at 25%, and the rate rises with the number of new players referred:
| New players | Revenue share |
|---|---|
| 0–1 | 25% |
| 2–4 | 30% |
| 5–14 | 35% |
| 15–29 | 40% |
| 30 or more | 45% |
The site does not publish CPA or hybrid deals or a negative carryover policy. It lists sub-affiliation among the services handled by the dedicated affiliate managers, but it gives no sub-affiliate rate.
Platform, payments and tools
The public pages do not name the tracking software, the payment schedule, the minimum payout or the payment methods. Ask an affiliate manager to confirm these in writing before you send traffic. Testimonials on the site mention an affiliate dashboard and reporting, but they are not the programme's own terms.
Who it suits
The programme suits affiliates who want a short, focused list of brands, most of them under one MGA licence, and a simple tier table. Points to consider:
- The programme company is registered in Hong Kong, while the main casino operator is Maltese.
- Payment terms are not published.
- Imperial Wins holds only a Curaçao licence, so keep it separate from MGA-licensed brands in regulated markets.
