Who runs SlotStars Affiliates

SlotStars Affiliates is the affiliate programme for the SlotStars casino and two related brands. The old address, affiliates.slotstars.com, now redirects to FairSky Partners, so the programme now runs under that name. According to the programme's terms, the contracting company is Fair Sky Marketing Ltd. The agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the Cypriot courts have jurisdiction. The terms name Skill On Net Ltd as the licence holder for the brands.

Brands and licensing

The terms define the programme's brands as SlotStars, KnightSlots and CasinoAndFriends. The UK Gambling Commission public register lists Skill On Net Limited (account 39326, head office in Limassol, Cyprus) with an active remote casino licence held since 1 November 2014. The same entry also covers remote bingo, gambling software and virtual-event betting. The register lists these domains under that licence as white labels:

  • slotstars.com
  • www.knightslots.com

The terms also set out marketing rules for the UK, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Ontario, Alberta and New Jersey. Affiliates must not actively target customers in the USA, Cyprus, Israel, Turkey or France.

Commission structure

  • Revenue share: the default for new affiliates is 20% of net revenue. Net revenue is revenues less redeems on your trackers. Taxes in locally licensed markets and some game licensing costs are deducted.
  • CPA: a one-time payment per qualifying depositing player, at a negotiated rate. The programme can switch a CPA deal to revenue share retroactively if it sees abnormal player behaviour or very low player value.
  • Hybrid: a mix of revenue share and CPA.
  • Negative carryover: none on the casino brands. Brands are also settled separately, so a loss on one brand does not reduce earnings on another.
  • Sub-affiliates: sub-affiliate traffic is tracked, but an affiliate that earns only from sub-affiliates is not paid.

Platform, payments and tools

  • Payment schedule: monthly, by the 10th of each month.
  • Minimum payout: €500 for all payment methods. Lower balances carry forward. Payments are made in euros unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Payment methods: the terms mention cheque, wire transfer and Western Union as having no processing fees.
  • Disputes: you must dispute statistics or commission within 30 days.

Who it suits

The programme suits affiliates who want UKGC-licensed brands and can meet strict compliance rules. Points to consider:

  • The terms are detailed by market. In Germany, for example, you may not use the word "casino", and table and jackpot games may not be mentioned.
  • Promotion on TikTok and Twitch is banned.
  • Your account can be closed if a UK-facing site also lists brands without a UK licence.
  • The €500 threshold may take smaller sites several months to reach.
