Rabbit Affiliates – key facts
  • Contracting company: Rabbit Entertain IT Ltd. (C 85130), Santa Venera, Malta – affiliate terms version 2.1, effective 24 July 2024.
  • Brands: TigerSpin, Lapalingo, LordLucky and Casumo on German .de domains, plus the Danish sites Spilleautomaten.dk and SpilDanskNu.dk.
  • Licences found: German permit for virtual slot machine games (GGL whitelist) for the four .de brands; Danish online casino licence (Spillemyndigheden) held by Winteq ApS for the two .dk sites.
  • Traffic: German and Danish only. We found no MGA, UKGC, Gibraltar or Isle of Man licence for the programme's brands.
  • Default commission: the commission page shows €5 CPL; clause 17.1 of the terms still states 35% revenue share. Both are published – confirm which applies.
  • Payments: monthly, by bank transfer against an emailed invoice, €100 minimum.
  • Software: MyAffiliates.

Rabbit Affiliates is the affiliate programme of the Rabbit Group, a Malta-based online casino operator whose business is concentrated in two regulated markets: Germany and Denmark. According to the programme’s brand page, it covers four casinos on German domains – TigerSpin, Lapalingo, LordLucky and Casumo – and two Danish sites, Spilleautomaten.dk and SpilDanskNu.dk.

For an international audience the key point is scope. The licences we could confirm are German and Danish only, so publishers with UK, Canadian, Swedish or general English-language traffic will find nothing they can lawfully promote here. This page is therefore informative only: igamingexplorer.com covers brands licensed by the MGA, UKGC, Gibraltar or the Isle of Man, and we have not found such a licence for any Rabbit brand. It is based on the published terms and regulators’ registers.

Background and ownership

The affiliate terms and conditions (version 2.1, effective 24 July 2024) name a single contracting party: Rabbit Entertain IT Ltd., registered in Malta under number C 85130. The agreement is governed by Maltese law, and disputes go to arbitration under the rules of the Malta Arbitration Centre. A Maltese company registration is not the same as a Malta Gaming Authority licence.

In November 2020 Intergame reported that Rabbit Entertainment’s Lapalingo.de and LordLucky.de had been certified by TÜV Austria as compliant with Germany’s new State Treaty on Gambling – a certification, not a licence. The formal permits came later from the joint gambling authority of the German states (GGL).

In a July 2025 interview with GlücksWirtschaft, Rabbit Group CEO Sven Jendrzejek described the group as having two licensed gambling companies: Rabbit Entertain IT, which holds a German licence for virtual slot machine games and operates TigerSpin.de, Lapalingo.de, Casumo.de and LordLucky.de, and Winteq, the licence holder in Denmark for SpilDanskNu.dk and Spilleautomaten.dk. The affiliate terms, however, name only the Maltese company as contracting party.

Germany. The GGL whitelist of permitted operators (last updated 2 October 2026) lists Rabbit Entertain IT Limited for virtual slot machine games, nationwide, with the GGL as competent authority. Its main entry gives a first permit date of 27 December 2022 for lapalingo.de, lordlucky.de and tigerspin.de and 3 July 2024 for casumo.de. The same entry also lists winfest.de (first permit 5 September 2025), which does not appear on the affiliate programme’s brand page.

Denmark. Spillemyndigheden’s register lists Winteq ApS with an online casino licence for both domains, also valid in Greenland. No expiry date is shown.

Casumo. The programme links only to casumo.de, whose German permit is held by Rabbit Entertain IT Limited. We found nothing linking Rabbit Affiliates to Casumo on any other domain or in any other market.

Other markets. The terms define restricted territories as all countries except those for which country-specific terms are linked. The only country-specific terms published are the Marketing Compliance Requirements for Germany. There is no Danish equivalent, so Danish publishers should get written confirmation that Danish traffic is approved. We found no licence from the MGA, the UK Gambling Commission, Gibraltar or the Isle of Man for Rabbit Entertain IT or Winteq. For alternatives, see our guide to Danish iGaming affiliate programmes.

Commission models

The published commission information is brief and not fully consistent. The commission page states that, if no specific conditions are agreed, the default structure is CPL (cost per lead) at €5 per new lead regardless of volume. A revenue share table remains in the page’s source code, hidden from visitors. Clause 17.1 of the terms, headed »Standard Commission Structures«, still states 35% net revenue share on any number of new depositing customers. Other models exist for partners meeting unpublished criteria.

ModelPublished terms (per the programme’s website, October 2026)
CPL (cost per lead)€5 per new lead, on any volume, if no specific conditions are agreed (commission page)
Revenue share35% of net revenue, on any number of new depositing customers (terms, clause 17.1)
Other modelsAvailable for partners who meet certain criteria – criteria not published
Sub-affiliateA percentage of the sub-affiliate’s net revenue, as agreed between the parties
Negative carryoverMonthly reset to zero, except fraud costs and the high-roller rule

Net revenue is defined in the terms as stakes from referred new customers less items such as winnings, bonuses, administration fees, fraud costs, chargebacks, returned wagers, duties and taxes, jackpot contributions and game provider fees. Under clause 7.2.2, if a single customer generates at least €10,000 of negative revenue in a month and the affiliate’s total commission that month does not exceed €2,000, that customer is treated as a high roller and the negative revenue is carried forward against future commission from that customer only. Because a €5 CPL and 35% revenue share produce very different outcomes, it is sensible to have the model for your account confirmed in writing before sending traffic.

Platform, tracking and payments

The affiliate login runs on MyAffiliates, and each affiliate receives unique tracking links. According to the home page, joining is free and banners and other materials are supplied.

Payment terms, according to the terms:

  • Commission is calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid by bank transfer.
  • You must email an invoice by the end of the following calendar month. A late invoice may be processed up to 60 days after receipt; once an invoice is received, payment is processed within 30 business days.
  • The minimum threshold is €100 (or a higher amount set in your account); smaller balances roll over.
  • Claims not invoiced within one year of their due date are deemed unenforceable.
  • Rabbit may close accounts with no first-time depositor over three consecutive calendar months.

Payment timing therefore depends on when you invoice. The terms also require prior written approval for reviews, advertorials and every website or channel you use, prohibit bidding on brand terms in search engines, and require pop-up campaigns to be pre-approved.

Compliance and responsible marketing

Under the terms the affiliate must follow the advertising rules of every jurisdiction it markets in and where Rabbit is licensed, must not target jurisdictions where gambling or its promotion is unlawful, and must show »18+«, responsible gambling messages and links to support organisations next to Rabbit links.

Rules for the two licensed markets
Germany: Rabbit’s German marketing requirements (version 1.0) make the State Treaty on Gambling 2021 and the conditions of the German virtual slots licence part of the agreement. Among other points: link only to operators on the GGL whitelist and refer to whitelist inclusion in advertising; observe the advertising-time rule, which Rabbit summarises as no advertising between 6 am and 9 pm; do not target minors; show that gambling is only permitted from 18, can be addictive, and where help is available; and do not use influencer marketing or streamers who broadcast gameplay. Affiliate sites may only link to operators holding a German permit.
Denmark: under section 36 of the Danish Gambling Act, marketing must present the chance of winning in a balanced way, present gambling as entertainment, not target under-18s and not suggest gambling solves financial problems or brings social acceptance. The executive order on online casino requires licence holders to avoid marketing to self-excluded players (section 27) and to state the age limit, Spillemyndigheden’s helpline and the ROFUS self-exclusion register in marketing (section 28). The licence holder carries this responsibility, so expect it to be passed on to affiliates.
UK, MGA and other markets: as no Rabbit brand holds a licence we could confirm outside Germany and Denmark, UKGC, MGA and other national rules have no practical application here – the traffic should simply not be sent.

Our Danish affiliate marketing guide covers the Danish rules in more depth, and our responsible gambling page explains the player-protection principles we apply across the site.

Strengths
  • Four German brands on the GGL whitelist and two Danish brands licensed by Spillemyndigheden
  • Published terms with clear invoicing and payment rules
  • Negative balances normally reset each month
  • Separate German marketing requirements spell out the local rules
  • MyAffiliates tracking platform
Points to consider
  • Only German and Danish traffic – no MGA, UKGC, Gibraltar or Isle of Man brands found
  • Conflicting default commission: €5 CPL on the commission page, 35% revenue share in the terms
  • Payment depends on invoicing and can take up to 30 business days
  • Accounts without a new depositor for three months may be closed
  • Terms name only Rabbit Entertain IT Ltd. as contracting party, not Winteq ApS

Our assessment

Rabbit Affiliates is a narrow programme for publishers already working in Germany or Denmark. For international, UK or general English-language traffic it offers nothing usable, because its brands are licensed only in those two markets. The licensing itself is clear and checkable in both national registers.

The weaker point is the commission information. The visible commission page shows a €5 CPL default while the terms still carry a 35% revenue share as the standard structure, and alternative deals depend on unpublished criteria. Denmark is also less clearly documented in the terms than Germany. Anyone considering the programme for German or Danish sites should get the commission model and approved markets confirmed in writing. To compare, see our affiliate programme overview, our guide to iGaming affiliate marketing, and the reviews of ComeOn Connect and LeoVegas Affiliates.

Which markets does Rabbit Affiliates cover?
Germany and Denmark. The four .de brands are on the German GGL whitelist for virtual slot machine games, and the two Danish sites are licensed by Spillemyndigheden. We found no MGA, UKGC, Gibraltar or Isle of Man licence for the programme’s brands.
Can I send UK or international traffic?
No. The terms treat every country without its own country-specific terms as a restricted territory, and only German terms are published. None of the brands holds a licence we could confirm outside Germany and Denmark.
Who runs Rabbit Affiliates?
The terms are with Rabbit Entertain IT Ltd. (C 85130), Malta. The Danish sites are licensed to Winteq ApS, which the Rabbit Group CEO describes as part of the group.
How much commission does Rabbit Affiliates pay?
The commission page shows a default of €5 per new lead (CPL) if nothing else is agreed. Clause 17.1 of the terms states 35% net revenue share. Other models exist for partners meeting unpublished criteria, so confirm your deal in writing.
How are payments made?
Monthly by bank transfer against an emailed invoice, sent by the end of the following month. The minimum is €100, and payment is processed within 30 business days of receiving the invoice.
Is there negative carryover?
Negative balances are normally reset to zero each month, except fraud costs. A high-roller rule carries forward one customer’s negative revenue of at least €10,000 when the affiliate’s commission that month is no more than €2,000.
